We are not our job title!

Leadership

Often, we label ourselves and others with a job title.

  • I am a Senior Architect!
  • I am a Doctor!
  • She is a Receptionist!

We are not our job title! We are much more profound and real. On the world’s stage, we are just playing our job role. We are not our job role!

Let us not judge others and ourselves based on the job role.

Also, be cautious of treachery and the illusion of these labels. For example, a Senior Architect does not necessarily mean a competent or experienced Architect.

A Consultant’s rate should be based on the value he brings, not a possession of a fancy title (Senior Manager, Principal).

Society needs to grow out of this labelling system. It starts with you!
