For example, the organisation can seamlessly manage end-to-end Customer onboarding processes through a software application. Therefore, we may assign Customer onboarding – Digital Capability as HIGH.
The measure of sophistication is subjective and relative. It is subjective because there is no industry benchmarking for Digital capabilities. It is relative because the business measures the Digital Capability improvement by benchmarking its previous state.
