What is the definition of a successful project?
Often, we define success too narrowly, measuring it only against budget, time, and quality. But why not broaden the perspective and take a more holistic approach?
The success of a project is about more than just achieving objectives within its constraints (budget, time, and quality). It’s also about what the project team becomes after the journey—how their skills and character are shaped—and how well they work together, with stronger interpersonal relationships as a result of the experience.
