The question is not if your business needs to automate manual processes. Or if you should consider improving business processes.
Irrespective of your business size or type, your business is dealing with the pains of manual information processing, wasteful activities and lack of transparency. Unfortunately, every business is dealing with the pain! Only the intensity of the pain differs.
The actual question is that if you know that you are in pain? Do you know the pain areas within a business and their root cause?
Then, what is your plan to deal with the pain?
What are you prepared to trade off to get rid of this pain?
