Connecting your staff with a higher organisation objective and cause is far better. People happily work for a higher objective and cause.

Remember – it is not about you. So your language should be more inclusive.

No one should hear from you:

  • I want the system to
  • My objective for this system is to
  • I expect the project to be completed within six months

I repeat it is not about you!
